This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of WebCoder, an iOS application for creating, editing, hosting, sharing, and previewing AI-assisted single-page web pages. By downloading or using WebCoder, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
This EULA is concluded between you ("End-User") and Qian Weilun ("Developer"), and not with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries ("Apple"). The Developer is solely responsible for the WebCoder application and its content. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WebCoder on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use WebCoder on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make WebCoder available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense WebCoder. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of WebCoder, except as permitted by applicable law.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for WebCoder. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to WebCoder. You may contact the Developer at the address provided in Section 13 of this EULA for support inquiries.
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. WebCoder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. In the event of any failure of WebCoder to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to WebCoder, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty is the Developer's sole responsibility.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to WebCoder or your possession and/or use of WebCoder, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that WebCoder fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. This EULA may not limit the Developer's liability beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
The Developer is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any claim that WebCoder or your use of it infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the pages you create, and any content you include in generated pages. You must have the rights needed to use any text, branding, images, or other material you include in prompts or pages.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You may not use WebCoder to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, hateful, or designed to bypass security controls. The Developer may remove hosted content or restrict access if it believes the content violates this EULA, applicable law, platform rules, or service security.
WebCoder-hosted pages are user-created web documents displayed through Apple's WebKit framework. WebCoder does not install native code, plugins, or executable modules into the iOS app. Hosted pages may include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript needed for webpage behavior and may save page state through WebCoder's server-side state APIs.
Each time you edit a page, WebCoder creates a new version while preserving previous versions. All versions remain stored until you delete the project, at which point all associated data is removed from the server. When you share a hosted page link, people with that link may be able to view the page. If you delete a page, previously shared links will stop working.
AI features are provided as assistance, not as professional advice. Outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether a generated page is suitable for your use. AI features require accepting the privacy consent described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings, which will disable AI page creation and editing.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes. WebCoder plans include limits on daily new pages, total pages kept on your desktop, and daily AI conversations. Quotas reset based on your device's local day. Failed AI requests do not consume quota.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using WebCoder, including but not limited to the terms of service of your internet provider, Apple's App Store, and any third-party AI providers used by WebCoder (currently Cloudflare for hosting and OpenRouter for AI model access).

The Developer may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of WebCoder, including model providers, quotas, hosting behavior, and legal pages, where needed for reliability, safety, cost control, or platform compliance. Material changes to this EULA will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that WebCoder will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content stored through the service will be permanently retained.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use WebCoder, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for WebCoder in the twelve months preceding the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50.00), whichever is greater.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shanghai, China.
